Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or similar industries.
• Audit experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and performance across Benelux and Nordics.
• Oversee accounting, reporting and statutory filings under IAS/IFRS.
• Partner with leaders to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, and banking relationships.
• Develop and lead a high-performing regional finance team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls.
