Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL seeks an experienced V.I.E. Online Retail Performance Project Manager to support regional performance tracking across European markets.

You will develop dashboards for Web and CRC, analyze weekly and monthly results, and translate data into actionable insights for Finance and markets in a collaborative, international setting. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in Business, Finance, Retail or related field.
• Excellent command of Excel; knowledge of Power BI or FP&A tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional European language is appreciated.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain regional performance dashboards across markets.
• Consolidate weekly and monthly Online Retail performance for Web & CRC.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with CRC Managers on operational KPIs and monthly reviews.
• Consolidate market forecasts into a regional view and monitor against budget.
• Act as a key contact between markets and Finance on Online Retail topics.
• Contribute to reporting tool improvements and benchmark analyses.
