Job summary

Richemont is recruiting for an established procurement leader to drive and professionalize procurement practices across indirect categories. You will partner with Maisons and Functions to deliver value, ensure compliance, and optimize sourcing in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role requires 7+ years of procurement experience, excellent stakeholder management, and strong negotiation skills. English fluency is essential, German a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.

WE’RE RECRUITING As a member of Europe Regional Procurement, you partner with Maisons and Functions to drive and professionalize procurement practices, and to deliver solid business value on all axes – from quality and services to competitivity, compliance and sustainability – for all indirect categories (Marketing, Retail, professional services, …): Lead and develop the Procurement Function Drive procurement best practices and compliance Optimize sourcing and provide sourcing support to Maisons and Functions

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and develop the Procurement Function: Develop and promote the procurement function, engage with key stakeholders Develop and implement the local procurement strategy, in line with Regional and Global Procurement strategy Contribute to Regional Procurement strategy and initiatives
• Drive Procurement Excellence: Manage and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and controls Implement procurement tools and best practices Train, coach and support stakeholders Track and report performance and compliance
• Optimize sourcing and provide sourcing support to Maisons and Functions: Partner with stakeholders to establish sourcing strategies Setup and manage preferred suppliers Lead major tenders and negotiations to obtain best conditions
• Lead or support supplier relationship management

YOUR PROFILE

• You are an established and versatile sourcing and procurement professional with 7+ years of professional experience ideally in international and matrix environments. You have excellent communication skills and are capable to work with diverse and demanding stakeholders in a challenging and fast-paced environment to build and drive collaborations, foster best practices, and deliver concrete results. You are structured and have excellent analytical skills. You have strong negotiation skills and are capable to engage suppliers at executive level on diverse spend categories. You are fluent in English – German is a plus.
