Job summary
Pearl Abyss EU B.V. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead live services across Europe for Black Desert, Crimson Desert, and upcoming titles.
You will shape operational strategy, oversee Live-Ops, Community, Localization, Marketing, Product Management, and PR, and align Europe with global HQ. You will manage a diverse team, drive KPI performance, coordinate across time zones, own critical live service plans, monitor incidents, and push data-driven improvements to sustain growth and
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in live game operations, product management, or production.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Professional-level fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel internationally as required for global alignment.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage and mentor a high-performing Live Operations team.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between Europe and global HQ across time zones.
- Author and execute live service operational plans and monitor issues.
- Establish and analyze KPIs to drive long-term optimizations.
- Lifecycle manage high-impact operational projects from inception to completion.
- Lead the response to critical live-service incidents and post-incident reviews.
