• Proven experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, preferably at senior level.
• Knowledge of Life Sciences market and hiring challenges in NL and BE.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for QbD Group, focusing on medior and senior profiles.
• Collaborate with division heads, sales and customers to identify hiring needs and shape teams.
• Build and maintain a network of Life Sciences specialists in NL and BE, including freelance talent.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and contribute to employer branding with the marketing team.
