You’ll attract medior and senior profiles, build long-term pipelines, and partner with division heads, sales and customers to map hiring needs. Travel weekly to Antwerp BE while working with an international HR team.

Formación

• Proven experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, preferably senior level.
• Strong knowledge of Life Sciences market and NL/BE hiring challenges.
• Extensive candidate network in NL with ability to activate quickly.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, creative, hands-on mindset in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment for QbD Group.
• Focus on attracting medior and senior Life Sciences profiles.
• Manage intake to offer recruitment missions.
• Identify and attract talent via databases, LinkedIn, networks and events.
• Match candidates to projects aligning with ambitions and expertise.
• Collaborate with division heads, sales and customers on hiring needs.
• Build a strong network of Life Sciences specialists in NL and BE.
• Develop talent pipelines for strategic roles and employer branding.
