QbD Group is expanding its footprint in the Dutch Life Sciences market and seeks a Sr Account Manager with a strong network in Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Devices. You will own strategic client relationships, manage the sales cycle from lead to contracting, and work with HR to align consultant needs.

Formación

• 5+ years of sales experience in Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech or Medical Devices).
• Proven ability to build and expand relationships at C-suite and operational levels.
• Strong network in Life Sciences and a commercial mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and evaluate business opportunities with new customers.
• Build and expand client relationships across multiple functions and levels.
• Manage needs of customers and consultants in collaboration with HR.
• Lead the full sales process from lead to contracting with accurate CRM updates.
• Develop and present tailored solutions addressing complex client needs.
• Grow the external and internal network within the organization to win together.
