Job summary

Relevance is a global learning partner helping organizations develop leaders, talent, and power skills. We are seeking a Senior Learning & Development Consultant to translate client needs into concrete learning solutions and write strong proposals.

In this role you will design programs, lead multiple client projects, maintain relationships, and work with consultants, facilitators and sales. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; international exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• University-level thinking in business administration, psychology, training or education.
• At least 7 years of experience as an L&D consultant.
• Proven experience writing proposals and designing learning programs.
• Confident sparring partner who listens well and translates client needs.
• Structured work style, ownership, and multi-project management.
• Persuasive writing and clear presentation skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; a third language is a plus.
• Experience in international or intercultural settings is a plus.

To help our clients create effective and engaging learning solutions, we are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Consultant.

What you will do

As Senior L&D Consultant, you play a key role in translating clients’ development needs into concrete learning solutions. You advise clients, design programs and write strong proposals. You work closely with fellow consultants, facilitators and sales. You keep the overview, safeguard quality and make sure ideas are actually put into practice.

• Analyze learning and development needs and translate them into practical learning programs and interventions.
• Advise L&D and HR professionals and managers on suitable learning solutions.
• Design programs, workshops and learning journeys and develop them into a clear approach.
• Lead several client projects at once and keep track of planning, quality, budget and progress.
• Write winning proposals and pitch them to clients and prospects.
• Maintain client relationships, spot follow-up needs and work with sales on suitable solutions.
• Facilitate co-creation sessions that lead to a strong learning program design.
• Evaluate programs and use feedback and results to keep improving them.

What you bring

• University-level thinking and working (WO), preferably with a background in business administration, (organizational) psychology, training and development or educational science.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience as an L&D consultant.
• Proven experience writing winning proposals and designing and facilitating learning programs and development journeys.
• You are a confident sparring partner who listens well, asks the right questions and turns client needs into workable solutions.
• You work in a structured way, take ownership and can organize several projects at the same time.
• You write persuasively, present clearly and enjoy working with clients and colleagues.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; a third language is a plus.
• Experience in international or intercultural settings is a plus.
