Job summary

Bugaboo International in Amsterdam seeks an IT System Engineer to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure across identity, cloud, and networks. You will strengthen Zero‑Trust posture, modernize Azure/O365, and ensure resilient global connectivity.

Responsibilities include handling incidents, administering O365, monitoring and runbooks, and collaborating with MDR/SOC to remediate threats. Great documentation and ISO27001/ITIL compliance are essential.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience operating enterprise security controls (MFA, CA) and cloud services (Azure/O365).
Proven track record managing 2nd/3rd-line incidents and changes with strong documentation.
Familiarity with ISO27001 processes and ITIL service management.

Responsibilities

Resolve complex incidents and changes in security, cloud, and network domains; escalation point for Service Desk.
Administer O365 workloads and related security/identity policies.
Maintain monitoring, backups, patching, and runbooks; ensure documentation quality.
Collaborate with MDR/SOC providers to triage threats and participate in post-incident reviews.
Document standards and drive ISO27001/ITIL compliance; communicate with stakeholders.
Participate in on-call/maintenance windows and provide clear updates.
