Job summary

Royal IHC seeks a Project Manager IT to translate business needs into structured IT projects across our application landscape and integrations. You will manage a portfolio of medium-sized, multi-month initiatives, including IAM tooling, lifecycle management, and ERP-like deployments within a team of IT professionals.

You will maintain clarity and discipline, while staying pragmatic as priorities shift, collaborating with IT, business functions, and external partners to land tangible improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with application, integration, or system improvement projects.
• Able to manage several projects simultaneously with clear priorities.
• Strong written and spoken communication with stakeholders and project partners.
• Ability to mobilize teams and deliver results in changing environments.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and focused on delivering practical outcomes.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; NATO nationality required.

Responsibilities

• Turn business needs and improvement ideas into clear, well-structured IT projects.
• Define project scope, activities, planning, budget, deliverables, and required resources with stakeholders.
• Coordinate project teams across IT, business functions, and external vendors to keep delivery moving.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and resources, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Navigate changes in scope, priorities, and requirements without losing the end goal.
• Provide steering information on progress, risks, budget, quality and outcomes.
• Establish governance, documentation, and handover for projects.
• Support portfolio management improvements, including business cases for new initiatives.
