Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking and VMware.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server environments and core services.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Administer Cisco networks (routing, switching, LAN/WAN).
• Support and optimise VMware virtual environments.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Handle incident and problem management (ITIL-based).
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support.
• Maintain clear technical documentation.
• Support global operations and remote sites.
