Job summary

NCC Group is seeking a Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer to oversee hybrid infrastructure, cloud and security across divisions. You will patch, configure, upgrade and maintain servers, storage, networks and virtual environments while designing new systems with security in mind.

Based in the Netherlands, you will join a global team, work with ITIL processes, and provide expertise across Windows, Linux, cloud platforms and automation. The role offers flexible hours and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in TechOps or equivalent role.
• Experience with hybrid enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud.
• Strong TCP/IP networking and routing knowledge.
• Experience with Windows Server, Azure/AD/Entra, M365 (EXO/Teams).
• Familiarity with ITIL change management and security hardening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure services to SLA.
• Patch, secure, configure and upgrade hybrid cloud/server environments.
• Design, install and configure new systems and equipment.
• Escalate faults and manage change requests with stakeholders.
• Provide on-call 24/7 support as required.
• Engage in capacity planning, project rollout and documentation.
