Job summary

Applied Medical is seeking a Senior IT Asset Administrator / IMAC Support to manage the CMDB content, IT asset lifecycle, storage inventory, and onboarding/offboarding related to hardware for new team members. The role combines on-site support with hybrid options and requires hands-on end-user assistance.

The candidate should have ITIL training, 2+ years in IT asset roles, and experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, plus strong Excel skills for data handling and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of IT Asset Management.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Experience with IT service management tools (ServiceNow preferred).
• Knowledge of Excel pivot tables, filters and CSV files.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Senior IT Asset Administrator / IMAC Support is responsible for the IT Configuration Management database (CMDB) content and supports in other IT related administrative processes. The Senior IT Asset Administrator / IMAC Support is responsible for the IT storage inventory, reports, and documentation. The Senior IT Asset Administrator / IMAC Support is responsible for the onboarding, offboarding and move process of (new) team members, in relation to the needed hardware and (on-site) technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for lifecycle asset administration
• Responsible for the administration of the IT Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Ensure audit support and compliance
• Responsible for the administration of database records of IT-related vendor portals, such as telecom vendors
• Storage room custodian, responsible for the correct storage and organization of IT inventory
• Provide hands‑on assistance and guidance to end‑users, effectively assisting in resolving their issues
• Responsible to provide proactive IT training (when needed) and supply training documentation
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in processes, procedures and/or systems within department

What you bring

• Relevant IT technical training or certifications (ITIL preferred)
• A minimum of 2-year prior experience in a similar position
• Proven knowledge of maintaining IT Asset Management
• Work experience in an international environment
• Experience with IT service management tools (ServiceNow preferred)
• Knowledge of Excel pivot tables, filters and can work with CSV files
