Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking a Senior Client Manager for the Netherlands-based institutional and fiduciary client base. You will partner with the Sales team to deliver an excellent client experience, manage pre-win engagements, and coordinate internal teams to fulfill contractual commitments.

The role emphasizes ongoing client relationship leadership, negotiation of contractual terms, and proactive client service improvements across regions.

Qualifications

• Significant institutional client relationship management experience.
• Experience with fiduciary, LDI, segregated and pooled mandates.
• Strong workflow and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own ongoing relationship for institutional and fiduciary clients in line with contracts and standards.
• Lead client engagements during pre-win phase in partnership with Sales.
• Drive negotiation of client contractual documentation and ensure delivery of required information (AML/KYC, Distributor, etc).
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to match client service intent and delivery.
• Conduct periodic service reviews and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify cross-sell, up-sell or defence opportunities.
