Rabobank is seeking a Senior Insights Data Scientist to turn Transaction Monitoring data into actionable insights and scalable analytics. You will develop automated capabilities for TM rule tuning, analyse rule performance, and support data-driven decisions across Business, Tech and Operations.

The role focuses on end-to-end automated solutions, with dashboards, workflows and production-ready analytics. Hybrid work and strong development budgets support your growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• 7+ years of data analysis in Python.
• Experience with PySpark, Databricks and Power BI.
• Experience with repositories, version control, pipelines and testing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English.
• Dutch work permit and residence required.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven rule-tuning strategies by creating analytical models and logic.
• Build scalable analytical workflows across rules, segments and parameters.
• Design dashboards and decision-support tools for rule tuning and investigations.
• Collaborate with Business, Tech and Operations stakeholders.
