Rabobank is seeking a Senior Insights Data Scientist to turn Transaction Monitoring data into actionable insights and scalable analytics. You will develop automated capabilities for TM rule tuning, analyse rule performance, and support data-driven decisions across Business, Tech and Operations.

The role focuses on end-to-end automated solutions, with dashboards, workflows and production-ready analytics. Hybrid work and strong development budgets support your growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• 7+ years of data analysis in Python.
• Experience with PySpark, Databricks and Power BI.
• Experience with repositories, version control, pipelines and testing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English.
• Dutch work permit and residence required.

Within Squad Metis, you develop automated analytical capabilities that support recurring decision-making processes and help optimise Transaction Monitoring rules.Our current focus is an end-to-end automated TM Detection rule-tuning solution. This solution enables the data-driven assessment and optimisation of Transaction Monitoring rules by analysing rule performance, investigating detection effectiveness and supporting adjustments to thresholds of single or multiple parameters.You combine advanced analytics, software development and business knowledge to deliver production-ready solutions.
