Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a TM Scenario Expert to design and improve transaction monitoring rules that protect customers and the bank from ML/TF risks.

You will be part of the TM Control Standards department, working in a multidisciplinary squad with data scientists and stakeholders to translate typologies into practical TM scenarios. Hybrid work and a development-friendly environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years direct working experience in FEC, with strong knowledge of ML/TF risks.
• Hands-on experience in transaction monitoring is a plus.
• Knowledge of national and/or international AML/CTF laws and regulations in banking context.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine TM detection rules applying ML/TF risk insights to achieve coverage and compliance.
• Analyze TM issues independently or with stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and cross-functional teams to ensure TM rules align with objectives.
