Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Internal Sales & Customer Service team; drive performance and growth.
• Set goals, allocate resources, and ensure KPI delivery and targets.
• Analyze data to inform forecasting, planning, and decisions; oversee pricing and contracts.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues to improve service (cNPS).
• Oversee end-to-end order management across sales, logistics, and operations.
• Provide governance and reporting through CRM, ERP, and BI tools.
