Job summary

Spektrum is seeking a Principal Technician (ICT Systems) to install, maintain and repair ICT systems in The Hague, supporting 24/7 on-call operations for NATO-related services. The role requires hands-on hardware and software configuration, end-user support, and ongoing system/network monitoring.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure secure, reliable ICT infrastructure, and you will contribute to deployment planning and on-site engineering changes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years post-related ICT experience in a large organization.
• Experience configuring hardware and software.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, firewall, and network security.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair ICT systems.
• Provide technical end-user support and troubleshoot issues.
• Configure hardware and software per installation instructions.
• Monitor operational systems and tune system software for efficiency.
• Perform network maintenance and diagnose faults.
• Collaborate with service teams for on-site support and deployments.
