Job summary

UpcoMinds in The Hague is seeking a Principal ICT Systems Technician to join a mission-critical project. You will be part of a dedicated service operations team delivering advanced ICT support across systems, networks and software configurations.

You will handle Level 2 operational support, troubleshooting and on-call duties while maintaining thorough documentation and contributing to continuous improvement of procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on ICT end-user systems experience in a large organisation.
• Experience configuring hardware and software and diagnosing technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured service operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support and on-call coverage 24/7.
• Design, document and refine software configurations and deployment procedures.
• Monitor systems for performance, tune configurations and optimise throughput.
