Job summary

Wlgroup in The Hague seeks a senior technician for an on-site service team. You will own ICT end systems, the servers behind them, and the network paths between them, taking immediate action when a ticket cannot wait.

You will install, configure, monitor, and maintain systems and networks, with on-call rotations and hands-on responsibility for on-site changes, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience maintaining ICT end systems in secure environments.
• Experience with servers, storage, and network components.
• Fluent English; willingness to on-call and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and retire systems and software, documenting inventory.
• Monitor resources, tune systems, and test with rollback plans.
• Maintain network components and diagnose faults with standard methodologies.
• Provide second-line resolution on a rotating basis beyond office hours.
• Support on-site changes to services, including testing and deployment.
