Job summary

Teva, a leading biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Senior Director, HR Business Partner to partner with executive leaders of Global Finance, Legal, HR, IT and Communications. This role shapes workforce, leadership, and culture strategies to enable Teva’s Pivot to Growth and transformational initiatives.

The position reports to CHRO and can be based in Haarlem or Tel Aviv, offering a broad global impact and complex, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience in global organizations.
• Experience partnering with C-suite executives.
• Strong expertise in organizational design and workforce planning.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven ability to connect people decisions to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as active member of leadership teams across supported functions.
• Translate strategies into workforce, organization, talent, culture and leadership priorities.
• Advise executives on organizational effectiveness and operating-model design.
• Sponsor succession planning and leadership development for critical roles.
• Lead people strategy for major transformations (digital, AI, restructurings).
• Develop and implement change strategies to drive adoption of new processes and structures.
• Use analytics to identify risks and guide evidence-based decisions.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and country HR teams to deliver scalable solutions.
