Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director, HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership across Global Finance, Legal, HR, IT and Communications. You will shape integrated people strategies, drive transformation, and ensure alignment with Teva’s Pivot to Growth while maintaining a strong change-management discipline.

You will lead organizational design, leadership development, and succession planning in a complex global matrix, leveraging analytics

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR business partner to senior leaders in global setups.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong in organizational design and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to shape people strategies for Global Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Communications.
• Translate strategy into workforce, culture and leadership priorities with measurable outcomes.
• Advise on operating model, spans and layers, succession planning and leadership development.
• Lead major transformations including digital enablement and AI adoption with change management.
• Develop change strategies to drive adoption of new processes and structures.
• Use analytics to anticipate risks and inform decision-making.
