Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the full employee lifecycle in a fully remote European setup.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals, build robust processes, and foster a supportive, high-performing culture across distributed teams. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, compensation benchmarking, and employee relations while leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience in medium-to-large technology organizations.
• Strong full-cycle recruitment across technical and creative roles in tech or games.
• Proficient in structured interviews, technical assessments, and scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment with hiring managers from role definition to offers.
• Plan proactive hiring around production needs and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Develop and improve structured hiring processes and interview stages.
• Coach managers on interviewing, HR policies, and people-management practices.
• Benchmark compensation and design competitive offers aligned with market and budgets.
• Own onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate quickly and effectively.
• Manage HR operations including contracts, payroll, leave, benefits, and records.
• Handle terminations professionally with clear communication and compliance.
• Be a trusted HR partner addressing conflicts and workplace concerns.
