Job summary

Nike seeks an HR professional to act as a trusted coach to People Managers. The role focuses on providing high-level HR generalist support, coaching managers, and guiding complex, sensitive cases while applying employment-law-aware judgment and data-driven process improvements.

As a lead consultant, you will standardize HR processes, upskill managers, and partner with HRBPs, COEs, and People Solutions to deliver agile HR services across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Coach People Managers through complex situations across the employee lifecycle.

• Partner with leaders to design win-win HR solutions and ensure business continuity.
