Job summary

HERE Technologies in Eindhoven is seeking a Sr. HR Operations Generalist to be the first point of contact for employees and People Leaders across EMEA, with a primary focus on France, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, and Finland.

This role combines operational excellence with a continuous improvement mindset in HR support and related initiatives. You will manage Tier 0–2 HR support across the employee lifecycle, partner with HRIS, Payroll, and Legal, mentor colleagues, and drive process

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR operations/shared services for EMEA.
• , ,
• Experience with France and NL or other EMEA countries.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and payroll, compliance, and relations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 0–2 HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Advise on HR policies and employment conditions, especially for France.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, and Legal to ensure seamless support.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements.
