Job summary

Yardi in Amsterdam seeks a Senior HR Generalist to support Europe-wide HR processes, advise managers, and guide employee relations while promoting a culture of belonging.

You will partner with Office Managers on site, oversee onboarding/offboarding, and lead cross-functional HR projects, with travel across Europe as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Five (5) years of human resources experience preferably at a medium to large-sized company.
• Strong working experience with HR practices in Netherlands and UK; other European countries more is a plus.
• You are expected to work in the Amsterdam office at least 2-3 days a week; occasional travel within Europe.

Position Summary

The Senior HR Generalist is a dynamic, cross-regional role that supports key HR processes and strategic initiatives across Europe—including the UK, Netherlands, Germany, France, and Poland. As a trusted advisor to managers and employees, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting leaders in building high-performing teams and managing employee relations issues.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support across core functions: employee relations, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, policy reviews, and benefits administration.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five (5) years of human resources experience preferably at a medium to large-sized company
• Strong working experience with HR practices in Netherlands and UK; other European countries such as France, Germany and Poland would be a plus.
• You are expected to work in the Amsterdam office at least 2-3 days a week, and there will be occasional business travel within Europe.
