Job summary

RWE Offshore Wind GmbH is seeking a Senior HR Controller to join the Management Support Functions & HR Controlling team. You will drive global HR mid-term planning, forecasting, and cost analysis, delivering top-level management reports and driving governance across cost allocations.

The role emphasizes data consolidation, process improvements, and digitalization of HR reporting within an international offshore wind context.

Qualifications

• HR Controlling Business Partner for Senior Management (Directors).
• Coordinate HR mid-term planning and forecasting globally across teams and entities.
• Review and challenge planning data for budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor personnel cost developments and compare with budgets and benchmarks.
• Create high quality management reports and ad-hoc analyses for executives.
• Develop cost-controlling governance and HR data consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Be the HR Controlling Business Partner for Senior Management (Directors).
• Coordinate, perform and optimize autonomously the HR mid-term planning and forecasting processes globally across teams, legal entities and countries in collaboration with HR and further develop the process to consolidate the data.
• Review, evaluate, comment and challenge planning data provided by the respective departments for the mid-term plan, forecasting and budgeting process.
• Monitor and analyze personnel cost developments and provide transparency about the actual cost development against budget, mid to long-term financial targets and benchmarks e.g. via position plan.
• Create high quality management reports, presentations and ad-hoc analysis for senior management. The presentation of the key results on top management level is also part of your role.
• Maintain and further develop cost controlling governance, a comprehensive profit/cost center framework and increased accuracy of cost allocations.
• Consolidate the Human Resource data and commentary for quarterly actual reporting, forecasting and planning.
