Job summary

RWE Offshore Wind Netherlands B.V. is seeking an Operations Engineer WTG to join the O&M team for OranjeWind. You will ensure safe, reliable operation of WTGs, interface with the main contractor, and contribute to asset integrity and performance optimisation.

The role involves handovers, monitoring maintenance and alarms, data analysis, and collaboration across disciplines to enhance availability and reporting for offshore wind assets.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical education in mechanical, electrical, industrial, renewable or similar engineering.
• Solid understanding of turbine maintenance, monitoring data and reliability improvements.
• Experience with contractors, performance management and service/maintenance agreements.
• Experience managing handovers, punch lists and configuration management.
• Good knowledge of HSE principles and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Handover WTGs from construction to operations, manage punch lists.
• Act as technical interface for SMA with WTG contractor and monitor performance.
• Review planned and corrective maintenance, analyze alarms and downtime.
• Monitor turbine asset integrity and change control.
• Support root cause analysis and reliability improvements with data.
• Contribute to monthly REMIT reporting, availability forecasting and lost production analysis.
• Assist incident investigations and implement HSE improvements.
• Collaborate with site operations, HSE, engineering, commercial and central support.
