Job summary

RWE Offshore Wind Netherlands B.V. is seeking an Operations Engineer for Electrical Systems & Innovations to ensure safe, reliable operation of offshore wind assets.

You will support electrical systems, SCADA/OT, and cybersecurity while participating in maintenance planning and technology pilots such as Lidar and subsea storage concepts. Qualifications

• Degree or proven experience in electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience with electrical systems in power generation or substations.
• Solid understanding of SCADA/OT and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of OT security concepts and regulatory context.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for electrical systems, array cables and communication infrastructure.
• Perform data and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Support risk management, maintenance planning and campaigns for electrical/OT- SCADA.
• Develop spare parts philosophy, inventory and procurement concepts.
• Review problems and alarms related to electrical and OT systems.
• Own maintenance plan for OT and SCADA equipment including lifecycle management.
• Coordinate IT/OT requirements with stakeholders and external partners.
• Prepare RAMS packages for substation visits and audits with OT security focus.
