Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a scale-up environment.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role within Dutch employment law.
• Extensive experience with performance management and coaching managers.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance review cycles and support managers during evaluations.
• Advise managers on organizational topics and guide HR decisions.
• Leverage HR data to generate insights and improve processes.
