Vitestro, a Utrecht-based medical technology company, is seeking a Head of European Commercial to lead growth across Europe and the UK. You will build a high-performing sales organization and establish the Aletta ARPD as the leading autonomous blood collection solution.
In this player-coach role, you will drive business development, customer acquisition, and commercial operations, while coordinating with Customer Service, Marketing, Clinical and Product teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading multi-country commercial organizations.
- Experience selling capital equipment in medical technology.
- Strong ability to build partnerships with hospitals and health systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute European commercial strategy across Europe and the UK.
- Build a high-performing sales organization and pipeline.
- Oversee Customer Success and support functions indirectly.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Product, Regulatory, and Finance.
- Lead forecasting, pipeline governance, and CRM practices.
