Job summary

Clayton Hotel Amsterdam American is seeking a Senior Floor Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team, coaching up to 10 Room Attendants and 2 Floor Supervisors. You will ensure impeccable cleanliness, guest comfort, and presentation across the property in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 4+ years in hospitality management, preferably in housekeeping, with strong leadership and English communication. A luxury-hotel mindset and a hospitality degree are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in hospitality management, preferably within housekeeping operations.
• Luxury hotel experience is highly desirable.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the housekeeping team to maximise guest satisfaction.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure brand standards are met.
• Balance staffing, order amenities, and manage inventories.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering on room status.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and overall service quality.
