Clayton Hotel Amsterdam American is seeking an experienced Senior Floor Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and uphold exceptional standards in a landmark Amsterdam hotel. You will coach room attendants, oversee daily room inspections, and coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to maintain seamless operations.

The role focuses on guest satisfaction, staff development, cost control, and safety compliance, while promoting a culture of service excellence across a historic property.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in hospitality management, preferably housekeeping
• Thorough knowledge of housekeeping operations and hotel cleanliness standards
• Proficient in English, additional languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver high-quality service.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure standards.
• Coordinate daily operations with Front Office and Engineering.
• Balance staffing and inventory within budget constraints.
• Ensure safety, compliance and training across the team.
