Job summary

Sioux Technologies in Eindhoven (Netherlands) is looking for an Electronics Architect to lead the high‑voltage architectural design of advanced electronics for our high‑tech systems. From our Eindhoven office or on-site with customers, you translate complex needs into scalable, robust architectures that meet performance, reliability and safety goals.

You will own the full lifecycle from concept to validation, mentor engineers, interface with stakeholders, and guide strategic technology choices

Qualifications

• Academic degree in electronics or electrical engineering.
• 10+ years of professional experience in electronics, including architecture.
• Experience in high-voltage system design and development.
• Familiarity with IEC 61010 and IEC 62368 safety standards is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-voltage system design and architecture.
• Translate customer needs into scalable electronics architectures.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from concept to verification and validation.
• Interface with engineers, customers and management on technical decisions.
• Mentor and coach engineers to raise overall team competence.
• Define concepts, assess risks, and provide scope/cost estimates.
• Advise on technology choices and HV roadmap.
• Drive system integration and acceptance into operation.
