Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in financing, financial leasing, or structured financing in medical devices.
• Experience with European medical imaging financing is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead financing deals end‑to‑end.
• Strong understanding of EU financial regulations and cross‑border financing.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement financing solutions for European customers.
• Build and manage partnerships with banks and financing institutions.
• Support sales with financial expertise during pre‑sales and risk assessment.
• Conduct credit risk analyses and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor market trends in European medical equipment financing.
• Coordinate with HQ finance, legal, and compliance teams.
• Liaise with clients to accelerate receivables and optimize working capital.
