Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking a Technical Services Engineer for Europe to deploy, integrate, and support its AI medical imaging software across Europe. You will gather requirements, manage installations, and provide expert technical support, while collaborating with development teams to improve deployment processes and workflows.

The role requires strong Linux, cloud, and Kubernetes skills, plus experience with DICOM workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 essential qualifications: degree in CS/IT or related field; 2+ years systems engineering; proficiency in Python/PowerShell/Bash; strong Linux, networking, and security knowledge; experience with cloud platforms (GCP), Kubernetes, and container orchestration; Docker/troubleshooting; familiarity with CI/CD (Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD); observability stacks; networking concepts; strong problem-solving and communication; English and German fluency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, perform, and maintain customer installations of DeepHealth's AI medical imaging software; ensure integration with existing IT infrastructure.
• Gather customer requirements and installation environment details for smooth deployments.
• Provide expert technical support to customers and partners, troubleshooting incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment workflows and share knowledge.
