Job summary

Aquablu in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Hardware) to own end-to-end hardware and software projects, align teams, and ensure milestones hit on time and on budget. You will champion stage-gate product development, blend agile when needed, and drive milestones with clear status updates to stakeholders across engineering, operations, product, and partners.

Requirements include 5–7 years hardware project leadership, a degree in Engineering or Business, PMP/PRINCE2 a plus, and

Qualifications

• 5–7 years leading hardware projects as a Senior Project Manager.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Full-lifecycle product development from concept to mass production.
• Fluency in stage-gate and agile approaches.
• Experience with Asana, Jira, or MS Project.
• Strong communicator who distills complex ideas for diverse audiences.
• Ability to empower engineers while guarding scope and budgets.
• Able to work without visa sponsorship; PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Integrator: Link priorities and balance needs across teams.
