Job summary

Nebius B.V. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive automation programs across the hardware lifecycle.

You will own delivery of automation initiatives spanning server provisioning, firmware orchestration, fault detection and self-healing tooling, coordinating engineers and operations to scale operations. Ideal candidates bring engineering management experience, strong cross-team collaboration, and familiarity with data centre operations and infrastructure-as-code practices such as

Qualifications

• Engineering Manager background and ability to lead large cross-functional programs.
• Experience coordinating across engineering and operations teams.
• Familiarity with hardware automation domains such as zero-touch provisioning and firmware orchestration.
• Exposure to data centre operations (rack/stack, power, cooling) and SRE practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive automation initiatives across the full hardware lifecycle.
• Coordinate engineers, operations teams, and infrastructure stakeholders to ship scalable systems.
• Deliver automated workflows, tooling and processes that reduce manual toil at fleet scale.
