Job summary

Lumion is seeking a senior growth marketer to scale our global demand generation engine. You will own planning, execution, and optimization across paid search, social, email, webinars, SEO, and generative AI-enabled initiatives to drive pipeline and revenue.

As a growth engineer, you’ll work hands-on across HubSpot, website CRO, and campaign optimization, while directing agencies and content partners. Localize campaigns for markets and languages using AI-assisted methods while preserving brand

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in B2B demand generation or performance marketing.
• Hands-on website/landing page CRO and experimentation.
• Strong HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience.
• AI-native workflow experience and localization awareness.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid and lifecycle campaigns across paid search, social, email, webinars, SEO.
• Own website and landing page CRO with rapid testing cycles.
• Manage HubSpot lifecycle workflows and lead routing to Sales.
• Define KPIs, CAC, CPL, and ROI; report to stakeholders.
• Scale campaigns across markets and languages using AI-assisted localization.
