Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a senior role focused on coordinating European grid connections for new and existing data center facilities. You will lead negotiations with European TSOs/DSOs, translate technical requirements into commercial plans, and manage delivery timelines across internal teams and external partners.

The position requires extensive cross-functional collaboration and deep knowledge of energy procurement.

Formación

• Knowledge of electrical system components and voltages to ensure contracts deliver power per facility needs.
• Meticulous process manager with strong commercial negotiating skills.
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, commercial sales, and external utilities.
• Experience negotiating grid connection contracts with European TSOs and DSOs.
• Willingness to travel across Europe to active project sites and utility offices.

Responsabilidades

• Determine the pathway to power: understand system connection processes, parties, and criteria for site needs.
• Lead the negotiation of grid connection agreements with European TSOs and DSOs; translate constraints into operational realities.
• Own the master timeline for power delivery and coordinate project milestones.
• Manage lifecycle of grid access contracts, ensuring utilization thresholds, risk control, and compliance.
• Act as central node between external consultants, utilities, sales, and construction teams.
• Monitor utility requirements against reality to align capacity with customer deployment.
