Job summary

Placements24 is assisting a leading energy company in Amsterdam to hire a Grid Integration Specialist. You will support the seamless integration of renewables into the power grid, analyze stability, and develop practical integration strategies while coordinating with utility operators and regulators.

Applicants should hold a Master’s in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems, have 5+ years in grid integration, and be proficient with PSS/E, PowerFactory, and DIgSILENT.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in grid integration, power systems analysis, or utility operations.
• Experience with renewable energy technologies and grid stability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze grid performance and stability for integration of DERs and renewables.
• Develop and implement strategies for safe, efficient grid interconnection.
• Collaborate with utility operators, developers, and regulators to meet grid codes.
• Conduct impact studies on grid infrastructure and recommend upgrades.
• Provide guidance on interconnection requirements and best practices.
