Job summary

Nebius, Amsterdam-based leader in AI cloud infrastructure, seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end GPU cluster and IT infra delivery. You will coordinate engineering, networking, construction and operations for hyperscale deployments and scale our EU footprint.

You will work with infrastructure leadership to define strategy, manage risk, and ensure on-time, high-quality launches, with occasional on-site data center work during deployment phases. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program or project management with large IT infrastructure deployments.
• Strong technical background with ability to engage in technical discussions and challenge solutions.
• Proven ability to focus on critical paths and drive results in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data center programs from design through handover to operations.
• Define scope, schedule, and risks; manage critical paths and proactive issue resolution.
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.
• Oversee vendor and contractor execution, ensuring quality, budget and schedule.
• Provide structured program reporting with dashboards, docs and exec updates.
