Together AI in Amsterdam is seeking a senior storage engineer to own the design, deployment, and optimization of multi-petabyte storage platforms. You will lead projects that scale GPU fleets and implement vendor-agnostic, high-performance storage solutions.

You will drive Kubernetes-native storage operators, integrate Ceph, Vast, WekaFS, and Lustre, and implement automated tiering, caching, and data-path optimizations for AI workloads at scale.

Competenze

• 8+ years in storage engineering and multi-petabyte scale
• Proven track record deploying storage for GPU/HPC clusters
• Deep Kubernetes and cloud-native storage experience in production

Mansioni

• Architect and implement storage roadmap for high-performance AI workloads
• Engineer and scale multi-petabyte storage systems with Vast, Weka, Ceph
• Develop caching and tiered storage architectures for extreme IOPS
• Tune storage isolation and multi-tenancy for storage clients
• Code Kubernetes storage operators and controllers for automated provisioning
• Optimize data paths to achieve 10+ GB/s per GPU node and scale across thousands of nodes
• Contribute to open-source storage projects and internal tooling
