Job summary

OMRON Healthcare EMEA is seeking a Senior Corporate Planning Manager to lead the development and execution of the regional business plan, aligning cross-functional teams with global strategy and ensuring disciplined execution.

The role partners with commercial, financial, legal, supply chain, and headquarters to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and resilient performance across the region, while fostering governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with strong commercial insight.
• 7–10 years in strategic planning across multiple EMEA markets; ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Strong analytical capabilities with market research and performance drivers.
• Experience in FMCG or healthcare within a multinational.
• Knowledge of corporate governance and management rules.
• Ability to navigate complex global structures and engage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; develop impactful presentations.
• Fluency in English and Japanese (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Strategic & Financial Planning: contribute to annual, mid-term, and long-term plans, align with global strategy.
• Performance Management & Insights: track initiatives, lead monthly reports, provide insights.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Business Partnering: partner to EMEA leadership, manage monthly meetings, inputs for decisions.
• Governance & Compliance: ensure governance standards across the EMEA region.
