Job summary

OMRON Healthcare EMEA seeks a Senior Corporate Planning Manager to lead the development and execution of the regional business plan with cross‑functional alignment across commercial, finance, legal and supply‑chain teams.

In this role you will oversee annual budgeting, quarterly reviews and mid‑term strategy discussions, deliver monthly performance insights to HQ, and ensure governance and compliance across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

Master's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or related field.
7–10 years in strategic business planning across multiple EMEA markets.
Strong analytical capabilities with market research and performance drivers.
Experience in FMCG or healthcare within a multinational environment preferred.
Fluency in English and Japanese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of the EMEA business plan with cross‑functional alignment across commercial, finance, legal, and supply‑chain teams.
Coordinate annual budget process, quarterly performance reviews, and mid‑term strategy discussions.
Manage monthly and mid-month reporting, providing insights and explanations to stakeholders and headquarters.
Governance: ensure corporate rules and governance standards are applied across the EMEA region.
