Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Business Enablement Solutions PMO, driving enterprise-wide programs across Europe, Latin America and Canada. You will partner with senior leaders, build governance structures, manage budgets and risks, and lead a team of project management professionals to deliver measurable outcomes.

Hybrid work model in the Netherlands with a focus on transformation, execution excellence, and stakeholder alignment across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10 years in program management or related fields.
• At least 3 years of team leadership experience.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, governance, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional programs and transformation initiatives.
• Develop program charters, governance, plans, budgets, and resource plans.
• Align priorities with senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.
• Establish portfolio governance and risk management processes.
• Lead deployment of new technology solutions and standardized processes.
• Develop executive engagement and communication strategies.
• Recruit, coach, and lead a PMO team; foster accountability and improvement.
