Job summary

Organon seeks a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead a team of five planners at the Oss site, shaping site-level planning strategy and ensuring reliable patient supply globally. You will partner with Operations, Quality, and Global Supply Chain to translate strategy into actionable planning frameworks.

The role emphasizes leadership, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated pharma environment, with exposure to senior stakeholders and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or related planning discipline within manufacturing.
• Experience with planning systems (SAP/IBP) and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of five planners.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and IPT leadership to align planning strategies with business objectives.
• Translate strategic objectives into short-, mid-, and long-term planning frameworks.
• Develop long-term capacity, resource, and API planning strategies.
• Lead scenario planning and risk management to ensure continuity of supply.
• Drive end-to-end planning process improvements and stakeholder alignment.
