Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or economics or equivalent.
- Experience in compensation analysis and market pricing.
- Experience with compensation modules and spreadsheets with advanced functions.
- Experience with HRIS/HRMS and BI or reporting tools.
- CCP designation preferred.
- Strong data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Conducts market pricing via external surveys and evaluates competitive pay levels.
- Reviews and updates salary structures, pay grades, and ranges.
- Drafts and evaluates job descriptions for consistency and proper leveling.
- Maintains records in HRIS and ensures data accuracy.
- Analyzes internal data to identify pay trends and equity issues.
- Prepares reports and dashboards for HR leadership.
