Qualifications

• Experience and network in the global and/or Dutch rewards and benefits market.
• Fluent English; Dutch language skills preferred.
• Proven sales and key account management experience.
• Strong drive and motivation to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and grow client relationships within Dutch multinational client portfolio.
• Identify new clients and uncover cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to Global Rewards and Benefits leaders.
• Establish and maintain networks with key Global Rewards and Benefits contacts, including C-suite executives.
• Manage strategic client plans and coordinate cross-disciplinary client teams to deliver results.
